她在俄亥俄州立大學取得化學博士學位. 在約翰霍普金斯大學醫學院進行研究工作，及任職生物科技儀器公司的主管。她在體騐到自然療法的功效後，專研能量保健法，包括能量醫療，經脈音療，及地球生命探測學等。結合各家精華，推廣自然保健的實用方法。
她是專業經脈音療師，及經脈音療學唯一的華人認証導師，及專業能量醫療師。 陳玲博士是「Peak Vitality: Raising the Threshold of Abundance in Our Material, spiritual, and Emotional Lives 」一書作者中唯一的華人自然療法專家。出版中文譯作「地球生命探測學：為人類回到未來」。

Dr. Ling Chen is a partner of Lifescape Services, providing services, and tools for wellness and self-exploration. She is the contributing author of the book "Peak Vitality: Raising the Threshold of Abundance in Our Material, spiritual, and Emotional Lives".
Trained as an Analytical Chemist (Ph.D. the Ohio state University. Researcher at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine), Dr. Chen worked on instrumentation for biotechnology research for fifteen years before discovering my passion for energy work.
Her interest started with the need to help her family beyond conventional ways. The experience opened her eyes and her heart. Major energy training included: Eden Energy Medicine with Donna Eden (author of the book, Energy Medicine, and Energy Medicine for Women) and Sandy Wand; Pranic Healing with Master Stephen Co (author of the book Your Hands Can Heal You); Chinese Qi-Gong with Master Shen-Chu Wu; Acutonics with Donna Carey (author of the book There’s No Place Like Ohm, Sound Healing, Oriental Medicine and the Cosmic Mysteries) Ellen Franklin, Laurie Herron and Katie Mink, L.Ac., BioGeometry with Dr. Robert Gilbert and Dr. Ibrahim Karim (author of the book BioGeometry, Back to a Future for Mankind).
Dr. Chen is a Certified teacher and practitioner for Acutonics Sound Healing and certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner. She has a practice in San Francisco Bay area, and offers energy wellness workshops and classes in the US. She is currently the only certified teacher for Acutonics sound healing offering Chinese and English classes in the greater China region and South East Asia.
