Kundalini Yoga to deal with Stress/Trauma
SATURDAY 9TH OF SEPTEMBER 10:00am – 14:00pm This workshop is for you who have been struggling with long-term stress and/or some kind of trauma. Stress and trauma is stored in the body, it gets “trapped”, but through the powerful movements, breath-work, meditations and deep relaxations in this workshop the negative effects of stress and trauma can be released and you can feel more like yourself again.
This is a trauma sensitive class/workshop.
Everybody work the exercises to their best ability. No previous yoga experience required.
We practice sense – awareness for a deeper connection to the body and learn to breathe for increased power as well as soothing relaxation.
Healing Gongs will be played at the end for a deep healing-sound experience.

Jenny Stocksen : Biography
With the spiritual name Devjeet Kaur, has been practising yoga and meditation since expecting her first child in 2001. She had the blessing to complete the Kundalini Yoga teacher training at Yogi Bhajan’s Ashram in Espanola, New Mexico in 2011 - a profound heart opening experience and she has been teaching regularly ever since. Jenny is of Swedish origin and before moving to Hong Kong she was a freelance in TV business for thirteen years - working for Sweden’s largest media house TV4, and other TV production companies in Stockholm. Jenny often use the power of healing sound in her classes and has specialized in teaching yoga for a therapeutic purpose. Trained by Dr. Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, Jenny teach Kundalini Yoga to persons suffering from cancer, diabetes, chronic viral diseases, cold depression (preventing a “burn out”), anxieties, depression and post traumatic stress disorder. She also teach BreathWalk (walking meditation) and postnatal yoga in Kundalini Yoga style. Her classes are uplifting, inviting and encouraging.
