伯特.海靈格老師,曾在南非的祖魯族任神職人員達十六年,同時他亦是一 位教育家、專業精神分析員、團體動力專家及家庭治療師,他把自己豐富及多元化的經驗都溶入到其工作裡。世界各地的助人工作者都欣然接受這個創新的方式,並將它結合到自己的工作中。「家族系統排列」已經成為了「海靈格手法」的典範,而海靈格老師對家族裡的糾纏和解決方向的獨到洞悉和解讀亦觸動了世界各地成千上萬的人生。 海靈格老師擁有七十多本著作,多本已被翻譯成其他文字,暫時有二十七種 之多,包括阿拉伯文和中文。他是一位獨到的哲學家。 而從近期的著作中,可以認證出他亦是一位智慧的導師。 |
Sophie Hellinger 蘇菲.海靈格老師的簡介
瑪莉.蘇菲.海靈格老師是一位醫生,她曾任中醫及阿育吠陀中心 (Center for Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda) 裡心理學部門的主管達 14 年。 她具備催眠療法, NLP,TAO Healing 和顏色治療學的技巧。蘇菲.海靈格老師對家庭系統排列擁有 豐富的經驗,也是一位運用系統排列於孩童方面最好的導師。她在歐洲及美國都 有舉辦工作坊。 |

About Sophie HellingerMarie Sophie Hellinger is a doctor, she was director of the Department of
Psychology at the Center for Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda for 14 years. Formed in hypnotherapy, NLP, TAO Healing and Color Therapy. She has broad experience in Family Constellations. She is one of the best specialists in Constellation work with children. She gives workshops across Europe and America. |

Systemic Constellation - Family Constellation
Family Constellation is one form of Systemic Constellation. It is a type of family therapy technique that was developed in the early 1990’s by a German psychotherapist, Bert Hellinger, through his 30 years of healing work experience. It rapidly became a highly inspirational therapeutic technique in Europe, and now the technique is introduced to many countries worldwide. Hellinger discovered that many human sufferings are the result of Hidden Dynamic, a powerful yet silent force that act behind the background of a family and affects the lives of its members. Although many people are governed by this hidden force, it is rather difficult to detect its presence without understanding the dynamic of this force. It is like the wind, the only time when the effect of wind becomes noticeable is when people see leaves are flying in mid-air. Unfortunately, for a family, the force is only noticeable when damage is done, causing various members to suffer. Hellinger has successfully identified the principle of this hidden dynamic as well as other destructive element that take place, allowing him to reveal the cause of many personal and family problem, and possibly resolving them.
